Creating Shipping Labels

Overview
Shipping labels are required for packages to be tracked and sorted by the courier. They include sender, receiver, package, and courier data.
How to Create a Label:
From the sidebar, go to “Shipments” > “Create Label”.
Fill in the Sender’s Details
Click “Next”.
Fill in the Receiver’s Details.
Click “Next”.
Provide Package Details:
Length, Height, Weight
Description of contents
Select Category (e.g., Phones, Laptops, Jewelry)
Declared Package Value
Indicate if insurance is required
Check if the item contains a battery
Click “Next”.
System searches for available couriers based on route and capacity.
- Review the courier options presented.
- Click “Select” to choose the most appropriate one.
On the summary page, review:
- Courier info
- Service options
- Shipping fee breakdown
- Click “View Invoice” to generate a billing invoice.
- Click “Mail Invoice to Sender” if needed
