Overview
Once shipments are created and labels generated, they can be tracked end-to-end. The merchant module supports real-time tracking updates and status changes.
How to view tracked Shipments:
Go to “Tracking” > “All Tracking” from the sidebar.
View the table of all your shipments with:
Tracking Number
Current Status
Action Options (edit, view invoice, etc.)
How to Update a Shipment’s Tracking Status:
Click “Change Tracking Location” from the actions column.
- Click on "Add new track status"
In the modal:
Confirm the tracking number.
Select a new tracking status:
Shipment Booked
Manifest Created
Shipment Received
Shipment Departed
Shipment En Route
Shipment Arrived
Shipment Awaiting Pickup
Shipment Available for Pickup
Click “Track” to confirm the change.
