What Are Warehouses And Setting Up Warehouses

Warehouses are storage or transit hubs where customer items are sent before being consolidated for shipment to a destination country. These facilities serve as points where shipments originate, terminate, or pass through during the logistics process.

You can add, update, or delete warehouse locations to reflect your operational footprint and adapt to changing business needs.

Important: You must create a route first before creating warehouses, as warehouses need to be associated with established shipping routes.

1. From the sidebar, go to “Business Settings”




2. Click on “Warehouses” and click on "Add Warehouses" button.

3. Fill in the warehouse details:

   • Contact Name

   • Mobile Number

   • Email Address

   • Country, State/Province, City, Postal Code

   • Address Line 1 and Line 2

4. Click “Save Item”.

1. In the warehouse list, click the “Edit” icon next to a warehouse.

2. Modify the details as needed.

3. Click “Update Item”.

1. Locate the warehouse in the list.

2. Click the “Delete” icon.

3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog box.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent — ensure the warehouse is no longer in use.
